OUR SUSTAINABILITY PHILOSOPHY

We are proud to be a Certified B Corp Carbon Neutral Coffee Business

"We understand that it is only by implementing sustainable and socially responsible business practices today, that future generations will be able to enjoy coffee, tomorrow."
Coffee Hit Founder, Craig Dickson
Here at Coffee Hit, it's our purpose to share specialty coffee with all of Australia, now and endlessly in the future. That's why we make sustainability just as important as the quality of our coffee, because without it we won't have delicious coffee to share with future generations. This is a snapshot of what we have achieved so far in making our business more eco-friendly, new projects we're working on and our high-level goals to ensure we do our bit to protect coffee and the land we love.

pROJECTS WE'RE WORKING ON

Packaging optimization project to reduce waste

We are working hard on shortening our bags and reducing excess packaging. This will mean we can save precious resources, and avoiding packaging being ultimately disposed of or recycled.

Packaging recyclability improvement project

Still in our testing phase, we are busy researching ways to change the material make up of our packaging to ensure it not only keeps your coffee tasting fresh and delicious, but also achieves a higher value recycle product at the end of life of the packaging. In doing this, we can ensure the soft plastics we use have more than just one life.
