When will I receive my order?

All orders will be processed and packed within one working day of your order being placed and payment clearing.


We deliver our parcels using Australia Post and Startrack. Lead times for our delivery options are as follows:


Australia Post standard - around 5 to 7 working days to arrive after dispatch

Australia Post express - around 2 - 4 working days to arrive after dispatch

Startrack premium - around 1 - 2 working days to arrive after dispatch

How much does shipping cost?

Free standard shipping on all orders over $60 and subscriptions of 2 bags or more.

Australia Post Standard shipping rate of $10 for all orders under $60.

Australia Post Express shipping rate of $12 also available.

Startrack Premium shipping rate of $15 also available.

When do you send out your coffee subscriptions?

You can choose your preferred frequency - from weekly, every 2 weeks, 3 weeks, monthly, 6 weeks or 8 weeks.


We ship all our subscriptions through Australia Post using their standard post service. Depending on your location, shipments will normally take 2 to 8 working days to arrive and a little longer for remote areas.


You will receive an order confirmation and tracking details each time we ship your subscription.

Do you charge for shipping on subscriptions?

A delivery free of $10 applies for subscriptions of 1 bag.

Can I change my subscription?

Yes, at any time you can log into your account to update your subscription.


You can chagne to a different blend, update your frequency and volume.

I don't have a grinder. Can you pre-grind my beans?

We sure can. When you purchase your subscription you can also choose your grind type (whole bean or a choice of ground options).
