Shipping Costs

Free shipping for all orders over $60, Australia wide.

A flat shipping fee of $9 applies to all orders under 500gms, Australia-wide.

For orders 500gms or over, the delivery charges vary from state to state as follows:

$11 for delivery in NSW, VIC and QLD

$12 for delivery in ACT and SA

$15 for delivery in WA

$16 for delivery in TAS

$22 for delivery in NT


All orders will be processed and packed within one working day of your order being placed and payment clearing. You should receive your delivery within 2 -5 working days, but remote areas can take a little longer. Unfortunately, we don’t offer international shipping at this time.

All deliveries are subject to these Terms.

COVID-19 update:

**QLD and WA customers may experience delays of up to 2-3 business days as freight providers adjust to Stage 4 restrictions currently in place in Melbourne. We expect this will be resolved in the coming days**

We have now enabled contactless deliveries and ‘Authority to Leave’ in line with social distancing and to protect you and our delivery drivers. All deliveries will be left at your door and will not require a signature. If you would like to provide specific details on where to leave your order please provide this in the notes section of your order. This excludes orders containing valuable equipment including: scales and coffee machines.

If your order is returned to Coffee Hit due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address we may contact you to confirm the correct address.  You will be liable for all additional delivery charges incurred in the return and re-delivery of your order.  You must pay these charges to Coffee Hit as invoiced prior to re-delivery.  Title of the products within your order will not pass to you until we have received payment in full.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Coffee Hit is proud to offer our customers quality products. However, should a product be damaged or faulty at the time of delivery, please contact us at Please supply your order ID number from your original confirmation email, as well as a description of the damage or defect, along with your e-mail address and phone number. Once we receive all the necessary information, we will arrange an exchange of your ordered product. In the case your ordered product is no longer available, we will provide a refund.
