At Coffee Hit we get loads of questions around our coffee and our blends. We’ve listed a few of them below, but if you’ve got another question, please feel free to contact us and we'll endeavour to have it answered as soon as we can.

When will I receive my order?

Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery of all orders within Australia. These delivery times are not guaranteed. We will endeavour to deliver your orders on the date requested, but do not warrant that this will occur.

My discount code is not working, please help!

In order to use your discount code you will need to create an account or log in to your existing account to use the code at the checkout. If you still have any issues please email us at info@coffeehit.com.au

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free for all orders over $60, Australia wide. A flat shipping fee of $9 applies to all orders under 500gms, Australia-wide.

For orders 500gms or over, the delivery charges vary from state to state as follows:

$11 for delivery in NSW, VIC and QLD

$12 for delivery in ACT and SA

$15 for delivery in WA

$16 for delivery in TAS

$22 for delivery in NT

Do you ship overseas?

We want our coffee to be fresh when it gets to you, so we only ship to Australia. Sorry!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments by credit card using Mastercard or Visa. If you have any concerns regarding your payment please contact info@coffeehit.com.au

Why should I set up an account?

The product I received is not what I expected, what should I do?

If your order is not quite right, please contact us at info@coffeehit.com.au with your order ID number, a description of what is wrong, along with a phone number and we’ll be in touch right away.

My order is damaged/faulty, help!

Coffee Hit is proud to offer our customers quality products. However, should a product be damaged or faulty at the time of delivery, please contact us at info@coffeehit.com.au. Please supply your order ID number from your original confirmation email, as well as a description of the damage or defect, along with your e-mail address and phone number. Once we receive all the necessary information, we will arrange an exchange of your ordered product. In the case your ordered product is no longer available, we will provide a refund.

What is specialty coffee?

Specialty coffee is defined by the appreciation and dedication to every aspect of the coffee process – from the picking and processing of only select, quality coffee cherries by our farmers at origin, the care taken by our roasters to maximise the flavour profiles of each coffee origin, to our barista’s intimate knowledge of brewing the perfect cup for our customer’s enjoyment.

How do I choose the right blend for me?

Depending on how you like your coffee, some blends profiles are better suited served black, some better served with milk. Our tasting notes can help assist you in determining what you might like. Alternatively, The Big Tease is a great introduction to our coffee and a way for you to sample them all before deciding which one you like best!

What is single origin coffee?

Our single origin coffees are produced from one varietal rather than a blend of varietals, and are carefully chosen for their unique, high quality characteristics. As single origin coffees are seasonal, they are only available in small batch quantities but provide a fantastic opportunity for coffee lovers to try something new.

Why do you roast in-store?

Roasting coffee in-store is key to our success. In-store roasting gives us ultimate control over quality and flavour and ensures our coffee is always fresh. Our roasters are experienced coffee tasters and specialise in analysing the sensory aspects of coffee including: flavour, aroma, body, sweetness, balance and aftertaste. Over the years, they’ve had plenty of practice! This comes in handy when maintaining consistency of the flavour profiles of our coffee that our customers love so much. We love educating our customers on the roasting process.
